The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North-West Development Commission (NWDC), Professor Shehu Abdullahi Maโ€™aji has visited the Director-General of the National Productivity Center (NPC), Dr. Baffa Babba Dan Agundi, at the NPC headquarters in Abuja.

During the visit he two heads of Commission assured to establish strategic partnerships for enhancing productivity across the seven North-West states through joint capacity-building programs in agriculture, manufacturing, and SME sectors.

In his welcome address the Director General of NPC, Dr. Baffa Babba Dan Agundi explained the initiative and expressed NPCโ€™s readiness to support NWDCโ€™s developmental agenda through joint training programs, productivity assessments, and technical assistance.

He said The Commission remains committed to building strategic alliances with federal agencies to fulfill its mandate of promoting socio-economic development in Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara.
