The 15th Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, has received a warm and overwhelming welcome from thousands of Kano residents upon his return to Nigeria after an official visit to Egypt.

Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Naisa, Chief Press Secretary to the 15th Emir disclosed this in a statement issued to newsmen today.

According to Na’isa, supporters and admirers of the Emir lined the streets in celebration, expressing their joy and gratitude for his safe return.

The massive crowd caused a significant delay, with several hours spent traveling from Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) to his Palace in Nassarawa.

Upon arriving at his palace in Nassarawa, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Kano for their unwavering support and prayers. He prayed for continued blessings and prosperity for the community.

The 15th Emir seized the opportunity to encourage the youth to uphold values of politeness, obedience, mutual love, and peace.

He commended the people of Kano for their orderly conduct and for coming out in large numbers to celebrate his safe return and the success of his visit to Egypt.
