The group of youths popularly known as Youth partnership to engage reform and learning YOPER , commended governor Muhammad Abubakar Badaru for the construction of Orthopaedic hospital in the state.
The commendation was made by the YOPER chairman comrade Musa Mu’az Gumel during a thanks visit to commissioner of works, permanent Secretary ministry of health and director general due process in the state.
Comrade Mu’az said, construction of orthopaedic hospital in the state will reduce difficulties and help patients as the state has no single similar hospital.
The chairman maintained that, the groups of Gumel youths also seek permission fron the relevant authorities to monitor the construction of the hospital as the project is meant for the people in the state.
While making his remarks, the permanent secretary ministry of health Dr Salisu Mu’az appreciated the visit and promised to do all his best for the successful construction of the hospital.
He said, the move is part of the governor Badaru’s effort to ease life for the Jigawa citizens and to improve health sector in the state.
Dr Mu’az then approved their request to monitor the project and assured government’s commitment to complete the project within the stipulated time for people use.
