A coalition for Arewa APC Support Groups has endorsed Senator Rochas Okororcha for presidency in 2023 general eelection.
Speaking at a public lecture organized by the coalition in Kano on Wednesday, Sadiq Y Abubakar, Coordinator of the coalition said the essences of the event is to draw the attention of northerners and Nigerians to the Rocha’s experience and capacity to lead Nigeria.
Abubakar explained that, as a Southerner, Okorocha has built over 11 schools in northern Nigeria because he belives in one Nigeria.
“He sponsored the education of millions of less privelieged in northern Nigeria, ” he said.
The Coordinator also said they organized the event not just to endorse the former governor for presidency but to celebrate him for his massive support toward education in the North and the nation as a whole.
Prof. Jibia, while delivering his speech at the event, urges political leaders in the country to emulate the gesture of Okorocha in empowering the masses through education, aimed at producing productive people for the development of the country.
