The founder of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN) Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo who was Represented by the Technical Adviser of Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo foundation, Dr Musa Abdullahi Sufi attended a two days workshop for Northwest and North East organized by National Association of Health Information Management students in Kano state.

Dr Sufi said, in all positive achievements, information is the first key step to rely on to make your findings or records to be accurate.

Furthermore, the foundation promised to support NAHIMS with various training on health information and other related concerned aspects of health to make the field more professional to achieve the desired goals of Health Information students in the country.

He also urged the students to be good ambassadors of the nation, as they represent the image of the country, state and the school they obtained their studies.

The National President of NAHIMS Comr. Jibril Suleiman Salihi appreciated the good efforts of the founder of MAAUN University Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo for establishing the University in Nigeria, particularly in the North, this has shown his vast immense concern towards Education in reshaping the narrative of the northern part of the country.
