Following the successful construction of toilets at Geza community in Kumbotso Local Government, the Aminu Magashi Garba Foundation (AMG) has donated over 3 million for a new toilet project called “Triple 10.”
Malam Suleiman Jalo, the Director of Operations for AMG Foundation, made the announcement during a stakeholders meeting with the Youth Society for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Social Vices (YOSPIS) and the Civil Society Action Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA).
Jalo explained that the Triple 10 project initiative would be implemented by YOSPIS and CSACEFA in 10 primary schools in Kano state, with a sum of three million five hundred thousand.
The selection of schools for the Triple 10 school toilets project will be rigorous, guided by evidence to ensure effective intervention in each school.
AMG Foundation, YOSPIS, and CSACEFA extend an open invitation to other philanthropists in the state for collaboration, aiming to create avenues for quality education in the society.
