APC Congress: C’ttee opens floor for complaints in Zamfara

A 5-man committee constituted by the national headquarters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) which organized and monitored the just concluded local government congress in Zamfara State has opened floor for possible complaints from the party members.

In a press briefing at APC headquarters in Gusau Zamfara State capital yesterday, the Committee Chairman, honorable Hammah Adama Kumo, said the primary assignment vested on the Committee was to maintain a perfect unity between the entire members of the party who may lodge complaints in regard to the congress.

“The aim of our party APC was to ensure that, no crisis must have way to throw our teeming members into serious misunderstanding that will affect the party’s popularity, but rather to remain one family that has political targets in common.

“The Committee will remain in Zamfara State for consecutive five days from Monday to Friday within which if there were grievances from any member or groups in the party could be addressed amicably within the party”, honorable Kumo has stressed.

Also responding on whether the Committee was aware of the prevailing factions in the party, the Chairman said there has not been any grudges before the Committee whether in written or verbally from any where in the party.
