Hannatu Musawa, a Nigerian-born Barrister, Solicitor, Legal Practitioner, Author, Politician, and Activist, holds qualifications as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. With a diverse and extensive professional background, allegations of blackmail against her are unjustified.
Hon. Zaharaddeen Babba Mazoji emphasized this during discussions with journalists this week.
Babba Mazoji rebutted those who continuously criticize the Minister, asserting that her upbringing within a respected and affluent family, under the guidance of her father, Alhaji Musa Musawa, a prominent politician, speaks volumes.
He highlighted the significant advancements Hannatu Musawa has achieved within her ministry, particularly in the Nigerian creative landscape. Notably, she secured a groundbreaking partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB) to launch the $617 million Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (IDICE) fund.
Mazoji addressed those who erroneously believe that a virtuous woman remains unaffected by fashion or extravagance, asserting that Hannatu Musawa, although modern, upholds her family values and societal responsibilities. He stressed that comparing her to Diezani is unjust, given their differing backgrounds and histories.
Hon. Zaharaddeen Babba Mazoji cautioned detractors to respect Hannatu Musawa, citing her dedication to serving her constituents and the community at large. He emphasized their unwavering support for her endeavors and reiterated their prayers for her success.
