Ali Madaki, a prominent member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and representative for the Dala Federal constituency, has officially announced his departure from the Kwankwasiyya political group, founded by former Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso.
In a viral video seen by Prime Time News, Madaki instructed his supporters to remove their red caps, the symbol of Kwankwasiyya membership.
He also urged Governor Yusuf to assert his independence and renounce his loyalty to the NNPP’s national leader.
