The Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has urged its customers in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa States to cultivate the habit of paying their electricity bills in full.
This is contained in a statement signed by,Ibrahim Sani Shawai,Head, Corporate Communications, Kedco.
According to the Management, such would help the company sustain existing efforts to guarantee better service delivery to them.
“The issue of part and no payment which is almost becoming a norm is sabotaging KEDCO’s efforts at satisfying its other partners and stakeholders.
“Customers should understand that the only way to compensate as well as encourage KEDCO for the recent improvement of power supply to all our franchise coverage is to pay in full for the services they have enjoyed.
“We are appealing for more understanding from customers as we remain ever committed to better service delivery to make our customers the happiest in the business of power distribution in the country”.
