Contrary to the report going viral on social media that Abdul-Aziz Ganduje, the first son of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has left Nigeria for Egypt with his family to “avoid his parents’ wrath”, the story has turned out to be fake, as Abdul-Aziz says his trip was not related to his mother’s case.

On Sunday, Daily Nigerian Newspaper reported that Abdul-Aziz Ganduje has taken his family to Egypt and will not come back until his father left office.

Nigerian Tracker Newspaper reports that Abdul-Aziz was in Egypt for his annual traditional visit in order to maintain ties with friends and relatives and to discuss business issues.

The source who pleaded anonymity, according to NIGERIAN TRACKER said that Abdul-Aziz Ganduje will address world press conference once he returns to Nigeria.

According to Nigerian Tracker’s source, Abdul-Aziz Ganduje is not economically buoyant to stay abroad or any country outside Nigeria to run an expensive life style but living decently like any other Kano Indigene who wish for the progress of his state.

The source further said that Governor Ganduje’s son is spending most of his holidays in Kano and at his village in Ganduje located in Dawakin Tofa local Government whenever he is on vacation but not outside the country as speculated in some Quarters.
