Governor Ganduje’s first son, Abdul-Aziz Abdullahi Ganduje has reportedly fled to Egypt with his family after exposing his mother’s alleged corruption.

It is not publicly known whether Abdul-Aziz Ganduje’s sudden travel to Egypt was related to his recent act of reporting his mother to the Nigeria’s Anti-graft Agency over alleged corruption.

But according to Daily Nigerian Newspaper, some members of the Ganduje’s family said the Abdul-Aziz Ganduje had fled to Egypt to avoid the “wrath of his parents”.

“Abdulaziz left Nigeria for Egypt with his family immediately after filing the petition. He told us he would remain there until the father leaves office.”

“He has avoided his parents and went underground since the beginning of the crisis,” said the source.

Mr Abdulazeez could not be reached on his known Nigerian number for comment.
