Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has reiterated the commitment of the state government in partnering with the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, for the development of the state.
The Governor reiterated this while speaking during an event marking the two years in office of the speaker held in Zaria.
While thanking the speaker for a good representation, the Governor also lauded effort of the speaker to put smile on the faces of the people of his constituency.
Gov Uba Sani also announced that the speaker has initiated the execution of development projects in all the twenty three local government area of the state, saying the speaker Beno Valence knows no bounds.
Also speaker Tajuddin Abass pledged to continue justify the people of the constituency.
He recalled that his sojourn at the house of representatives began fourteen years ago, and had worked tirelessly to serve the constituency very well.
He therefore promise to build upon the foundation to elevate and develop the constituency, soliciting the continued support and assistance of the members of the constituency in the task ahead.
In a remark the Emir of zazzau, Amb Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli lauded the partnership existing between the speaker and the state governor which he said should be emulated by all political office holders.
In an address, the Chairman of Zaria Local government, Eng Jamilu Jaga had commended the speaker for the unprecedented development of the constituency and pledged to continue to partner with the Speaker for the development of the area.
Highlights of the event was the symbolic inauguration of twenty three roads projects initiated by the speaker,, distribution of 850 motorcycle to teachers and others as well the inauguration of the newly constructed Zaria city divisional police building and Mal Musa Hall constructed inside the Emir palace in Zaria city.
