The national leadership of Miyetti Allah, led by its President, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi Badejo, has paid a courtesy visit to Raudah Travels and Tours Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading Hajj and Umrah service providers, at its Kano head office.

The high-powered delegation included Amb. Mansur Abdulkarim, former Nigerian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia; Amb. Dr. Aminatu Abdulkarim Muhammad, Ambassador of Fulani Women in Niger Republic and CEO of AA Charity Foundation; Dr. Sulaiman Sani, SSA to the Chairman; Hajara Abubakar, National Woman Leader; Sidi Faruku, Protocol Officer; and Umar Hassan Sidi, ADC.

They were received by the Raudah team, led by the Chairman, Alhaji Umar Abdulhadi Al-Futy, alongside the Managing Director, Alhaji Usman Hadi Muhammad, and senior management.

Welcoming the delegation, Alhaji Umar Abdulhadi Al-Futy described Alhaji Badejo as a long-standing partner who has consistently supported the company in its travel operations, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

In his remarks, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi Badejo expressed delight over the visit, stressing that Raudah Travels has distinguished itself through honesty and diligence for over a decade.

He explained that not many people know of his personal connection with travel agencies, as he once served as Chairman of the Nasarawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board for about eight years, where he catered to over 3,000 pilgrims annually. Afterward, he was appointed to manage Transhub Travel and Tours in Abuja, still dedicated to pilgrims’ welfare.

Badejo revealed that 75 percent of pilgrims under his watch were Fulani, and as Sarkin Fulanin Kasar Hausa, he has continued to ensure their welfare.

He noted that his confidence in Raudah stems from the honesty and luxury of their services, disclosing that about 60 percent of his personal Hajj activities will now be handled exclusively by the company.

Badejo urged his entourage and members of Miyetti Allah nationwide to also entrust their Hajj activities to Raudah, emphasizing that “what a Fulani man wants is trustworthiness, and once he gets that from you, he relies on you totally.”

The Miyetti Allah President called on Raudah to caution its agents in Makkah and Madinah to always respond to pilgrims’ needs, as nonchalant attitudes discourage clients.

He further encouraged the company to expand its engagement on social media, recalling how he once gathered and empowered about 200 social media users to amplify positive narratives.

Badejo also advised intending pilgrims to avoid visa irregularities that could create problems during their journey.

Also speaking, Amb. Mansur Abdulkarim recalled his three-year experience at the Nigerian Embassy in Jeddah, describing it as one of the busiest in the world due to its responsibility for pilgrims.

He lauded Raudah for its dedication to pilgrims’ welfare and encouraged the staff to remain honest, reminding them that their service is a spiritual duty that Allah will reward.

Similarly, Amb. Dr. Aminatu Abdulkarim Muhammad shared her personal experience with poor services elsewhere and stressed the need for improvement, pledging to promote Raudah to members of the Fulani community in Niger Republic.

Responding, Chairman of Raudah Travels and Tours, Alhaji Umar Abdulhadi Al-Futy, expressed gratitude to the delegation for the visit, assuring them that their concerns would be addressed, especially regarding the behavior of agents in Saudi Arabia.

He revealed that Raudah has secured 600 Hajj slots for the upcoming exercise after promptly meeting Saudi Arabia’s financial requirements.

The Chairman stressed the importance of timely payments by intending pilgrims, noting that Saudi authorities are strict with deadlines.

Al-Futy disclosed that Raudah has designed special Hajj packages tailored to the needs of Fulani pilgrims, including pre-Hajj orientation in Nigeria and continuous support by Raudah agents in Saudi Arabia who assist with all rites, including Tawaf and other exercises.

He emphasized that Raudah is not just a travel agency but an organization that understands the unique psychology and needs of Fulani pilgrims, which explains the consistent loyalty of clients.

The Chairman added that Raudah has expanded its operations beyond Nigeria to Niger Republic, Burkina Faso, and several Nigerian states, including Kano, Kaduna, Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, as well as the FCT.

The company, he said, is committed to providing 24/7 services and can be reached on 07001237382.
