Singer Market Fire: Gawuna Commiserates With Victims

Kano State Deputy Governor and APC Gubernatorial Candidate Dr.Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna on monday commisserated with victims of the early morning fire incident which razed parts of the popular Singer Market in Kano.

He expressed sadness over the unfortunate incident that left shops and goods razed with huge losses and assured that government would take measures to forestall such circumstances.

This is contained in a statement by Hassan Musa Fagge, Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor of Kano State on Monday.

“I wish to on behalf of myself,my running-mate Hon.Murtala Sule Garo and our supporters commisserate and console the traders who lost their valuables in the inferno.”

“I pray may Almighty Allah protect them from such shocking experience in future”.

Gawuna also commended the State Fire Service for responding to the incident.
