The lnter Party Advisory Council (IPAC), in Yobe State has came out where it
commended the Independent Electoral Commission and all other relevant stakeholders who participated in Presidential, National Assemblies as well as the just concluded Gubernatorial and State House Of Assemble Elections.
Chairman Of the State Chapter, Alh. Bala Muhammad made the disclosure while addressing the news men in Damaturu, the state capital.
Bala Said, ” we as an umbrella are hereby acknowledging the peaceful and a hitched free outcome of the general
elections here in Yobe state”.
” The conduct of all candidates and their supporters was very peaceful
throughout the electioneering exercise”.
“The Security operatives were on ground and very civil in carrying out
their duties,
the press also covered the elections professionally and objective”.
“Therefore, It also became evident that the above factors gave INEC the support
to organise free, fair, transparent and incontestable elections in every
part of the state”.
