ZMSG reassures supports to orphans

Zamfara state government has assured its continuous support to orphans and less priviledge people in the state.

This was stated by the Hon. Commissioner of Information, Alh. Ibrahim Magaji Dosara while receiving officials of Mabruk Orphans and Vulnerable Foundation who paid him a courtesy visit in his office.

The commissioner said the state government in its efforts to see the welfare and wellbeing of orphans and less priviledge people in the state, initiated and supported various programmes that have direct bearing to the life of a common man in the areas of education, health and other sectors associated with human endeavours.

Alh. Ibrahim Dosara however, urged the foundation to maintain the tempo in initiating good programmes of assisting orphans and called on the wealthy individuals, philanthropists to emulate them as enjoined by the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to the muslim Ummah to take care of the orphans.

He therefore assured the Foundation of his Ministry’s readiness to assist it with all that is possible within the capability of the ministry in order to support the Foundation to carry out its activities without hitch.

Speaking earlier, the Chairperson of the Foundation, Hajiya Dije Muhammad Gusau (Umar Marayun Tudun Wada Gusau) said they were at the commissioner’s office in order to congratulate him over his recent appointment as Commissioner of Information and also to introduce their foundation to him.

Hajiya Dije however solicited the support and assistance of the Ministry in rendering their activities, as well explained their activities that are aimed at complimenting government’s effort.
