Education: Again Kaduna Senator Lays Foundation for Solar boreholes, Overhead Tanks

To keep Primary and Secondary School clean hygiene for both teachers and pupils especially during school hours Senator Representing Kaduna central Senatorial district Lawal Adamu Usman has layed foundation for construction of modern restrooms,Solar boreholes and overhead Tanks across schools in his constituency.

Speaking at the laying foundation ceremony at Sabon Tasha, Chikum local government area in Kaduna state, Senator Lawal Adamu Usman explained that this is to keep the schools clean through building modern restrooms,and Solar boreholes, and each tank contains 5000 liters.

Senator Lawal Adamu who is also the Chairman Senate committee on Primary and Secondary School education at the upper chamber, maintained that “this project 2 VIP toilets for 30 schools in this across this Senatorial district.

“We all know how water is important to us, in our daily lives, water is life, that is why we laid this foundation for the construction for boreholes overhead Tanks and modern restrooms in other to have hygiene environments.

He maintained that teachers will be giving instructional teaching materials,this are modern that will ease their work, we’re very much concerns about education been the bedrock of any meaningful development.

“As you all early this week we have laid a foundation for construction of 100 smart classrooms, that is attached with modern teaching materials across this Senatorial district, and each block of classrooms is attached with administrative office and modern restrooms Solar boreholes.

Senator Lawal further explained that as Chairman Senate committee on Primary and Secondary Education, l will ensure that l will leave a legacy my legacy is education if you give education to a child you have given him best asset, added.

Staff of the school,Patience Kabushi Rafael, and Victoria Bulus, said we have been awaiting for this for years,as we don’t have toilet in our school, when we want to use it,we either go to bush or we wait until we go back home, so we are very grateful for this gesture.

“We are also happy for laying foundation for 5000 liters of Solar boreholes and instructional teaching materials for teachers and students that will be given school bag and mini computer this will ease our work.
