Hon Yusuf Ahmad Badau Distributes Food Palliatives to Constituents for Ramadan

Bagwai/Shanono Federal Constituency’s representative at the National Assembly, Hon. Yusuf Ahmad Badau, has distributed food items to various groups in his constituency as part of efforts to support residents during the holy month of Ramadan.

While distributing the food palliatives, Hon. Badau stated that the initiative was aimed at easing the burden of fasting for Muslims in the constituency. He reaffirmed his commitment to providing continuous support to the people of Bagwai and Shanono local government areas.

Beneficiaries of the food distribution included members of the Drivers Union, Hunters Association, Persons Living with Disabilities, Okada riders, Hisba Corps, political appointees who had been relieved of their positions, as well as APC members and individuals across the constituency.

Hon. Badau commended the APC executives in both local governments for their dedication and called on wealthy individuals in the area to support the needy, especially during Ramadan.

Speaking during the event, a Director in the legislator’s office, Alh. Mamuda Isa Bagwai, revealed that the food palliative distribution was an annual initiative by Hon. Badau. He urged residents to continue praying for the success of all elected leaders in the constituency.

Some of the beneficiaries, including representatives of the Disabled Association and other groups, expressed their gratitude to Hon. Badau for his generosity. They pledged their continued support and cooperation in his efforts to improve the welfare of people in the constituency by delivering more democratic dividends.
