NAF Base holds it 2025 second quarter 10 km route march in Kano

The Nigerian Air Force Base Service in Kano State, held it’s second quarter 10 kilometer route march for Air Officers men and women.
Speaking at the end of the exercise, the commandant of 455 Base Service Group Kano, Group Captain M. Sulaiman, explained that the march was part of the 2025 calendar events for the Air Force.
He said it’s also an inter service cooperation and comradeship as the route march include all the sister service Army, Navy, Nigerian police, NDLEA, Civil defense and all other security agencies
The Commandant stated that the exercise was mandatory for officers to assist them to stay fit while discharging their duties.
“The route march is one of the military exercises earmarked to enhance regimental spirit and sportsmanship and to ensure that personnel remain fit”.
“The main purpose of this is to keep fit and demonstrate our combat readiness”. M Sulaiman said.
He also said the route march is a message sent to Bandit, Boko Haram and other bad eggs to know that the security agencies are more than prepared to confront all criminals activities wherever they be threatening peace within the state and the nation in general.
