Applications open for Small Grants Program 2025

The IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) is accepting applications for the Small Grants Program to strengthen local capacities, the participation of women/youth and the protection of territorial defenders.

This Program as part of the Great Forests of Mesoamerica Program (GFMP) is co-financed by the European Union and Sweden (Sida).

Eligibility Criteria
2025 is the year in which the Great Forests of Mesoamerica Program aims to reach the ground, so they have designed a funding mechanism directly aimed at indigenous peoples’ organizations, social workers, community communicators and allies working for territorial governance, transformative communication and territorial defense.
