The Action Alliance (AA) has commenced the process of revalidating its membership registration cards in the Northwest geopolitical zone on Saturday in Kano.
The Northwest Zonal chairman of the party, Abdul Bashir Dankano, also announced Alhaji Danjuma Isah Bulama as the consensus candidate for the National Treasurer position, which has been vacant for some time now.
“We are here for our normal zonal meeting of the Action Alliance where we center on three issues.
“First is the issue of revalidation of our membership card, which had been enhanced and modernized, such that it will be difficult to make fake ones.
“It behoves on all members to ensure that they validate their registration with the party and call on others to also register.
“Secondly, we want to announce that we have a Concensus candidate from the Northwest zone to occupy the vacant National Treasurer position, in person of Alhaji Danjuma Isah Bulama.
“Finally, we appreciate the appointment of one of our Northwest chairmen as the Secretary of the Chairmen Forum of the party” he stated.
Although no fixed time had been announced for the closure of the membership registration, the party also announced it’s readiness to pursue political activities in the region.
The Zonal Chairman announced that the party had field it’s candidate for the oncoming Assembly by-election to take place in Kano.
The Chairman flanked by other leaders flagged up the registration process by registering some of the state officials.

Distinguished delegates from the 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory, our board of trustees, Members of the National Executive Council, past and present, Esteemed elders and founding members of our great Association, Honorable guests, partners, stakeholders, my dear colleagues and fellow water producers, Ladies and Gentlemen.
give all glory, honour and adoration to Almighty God, the Giver of life and the Sustainer of all things, for granting us the grace to gather once again as one united family under the banner of the Association for Table Water Producers of Nigeria (ATWAP).

Through cooperation with partners and stakeholders, we sustained advocacy for the welfare of table water producers, especially in times of ha
