After Prime Time News Report, Federal Government Restores FRCN Kaduna to Airwaves
By Mustapha Salisu
In a turn of events after PRIME TIME NEWS report, the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) Kaduna has been successfully restored to the airwaves this evening following an intervention by the Minister of Information, as confirmed by reliable sources.
Reports indicate that the Minister of Information engaged with the Minister of Power, leading to a directive for the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company (KADECO) to reconnect FRCN Kaduna to the national grid.
Allegedly, the reason behind the disconnection stemmed from an outstanding debt of 300 million naira owed by KADECO to FRCN Kaduna, prompting the disconnection of power supply to Jaji and Kaduna.
This development comes after concerted efforts and discussions between the two ministries, resulting in the swift restoration of power to both Kaduna and Jaji to facilitate the uninterrupted transmission of FRCN programs.
Expressing gratitude, individuals involved in the reinstatement highlighted the successful outcome, attributing it to divine intervention and prayers answered, as FRCN Kaduna resumes its full broadcast operations this evening.
