AMG Foundation Donates N600,000 to Badawa Police Division in Kano

The Aminu Magashi Garba (AMG) Foundation has generously donated Six Hundred Thousand Naira (N600,000) to the Badawa Police Division in Kano State.

This gesture according to the Foundation is a move move towards enhancing security and peace within Kano State.

This contribution was announced during the Outstanding Excellence Award ceremony organized by the Badawa Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC).

Malam Jalo Suleiman, the Director of Operations for the AMG Foundation, expressed the organization’s commitment to supporting the police in their efforts to maintain peace and security throughout the state. He emphasized the foundation’s dedication to achieving long-term peace goals.

The breakdown of the donation includes Three Hundred Thousand Naira (N300,000) designated to support the fuelling of patrol vehicles for the next 12 months, spanning from September 2023 to August 2024.

Additionally, Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) has been allocated to purchase blocks for the construction of a new police division, further bolstering security infrastructure.

Lastly, One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) serves as support for the event itself.

In recognition of the AMG Foundation’s philanthropic contributions and commitment to promoting peace, the Commissioner of Police for Kano State, CP Ussaini Muhammad Gumel, presented the organization with an Excellence Award of Honour.
