ANCOPS Applauds Yobe Government On Teacher Promotion Implementation

Principals of the GDJSS under the auspices of the All Nigerian Confederation of Principal Secondary Schools along side their counterpart from Primary Schools have besieged the office of the Ag. Education Secretary of Nguru Local Government Education Authority for a show of solidarity, loyalty above all appreciation of what the Management of Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board is doing in order to improve their working conditions.
Waziri Abba is the current Chairman of ANCOPS, Nguru Local Government Chapter, he begins by appreciating the way and manner the Ag. Education Education is conduct the affairs of the entire L.E.A.
Adding, that without any form of exaggeration we are comfortable with your leadership style right from the moment you assumed this office till date.
With you at the helm of affairs we were witnessing what we termed as revolution in our own sector.
Without fear nor favour let me say it here that as a result of your sacrifices, hard work and dedication to service to humanity we were able move a mountain within short period of your stewardship, we will continue to pray for Allah’s blessing.
Continuing he said, “as I am talking to you within the last five months under the stewardship of the Ag. Education Secretary no single teacher that was not opportuned to take part in one training or the other”.
Waziri said, ” only recently a truck loaded with the Teaching and Learning Materials entered into the Nguru L.E.A secretariat all the materials downloaded were shared among the existing schools judiciously, this is first of it’s kind in the history of the Nguru L.E.A”.
Abba Said, ” what the Ag. Secretary is doing with the support from the Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board has greatly assisted toward improving the learning achievement of our school pupils and students within Nguru town and beyond”.
On his part, Mallam Abubakar Badamasi who is the Chairman, Association of Primary School Head Teachers of Nigeria, (Aopshon) encourage his fellow teachers to give in their best considering the fact G is up and doing particularly toward improving the standard of working condition through the implementation of our promotions.
Similarly, the Secretary of the Head Master Association, Sabi’u Sabo emphases the need for all teachers to rally round Yobe Government in order to implement all it’s policies and programs.
In his welcome address, the Ag. Education Secretary, Mallam Hamisu Ado admonishes his august visitors why the need for a teaming work as teachers.
He said, ” ours is to provide the enabling environment for you, the teachers as well as the pupils/Students for conducive and quality learning to take place, therefore it is expected that each and every one of us has a role to play, we can do that if we continue to work as a team.
