Arc. Dr. Saleem Ahmad Donates N1 Million, Pledges Support at KADA Day 2025 in Plateau

The Chief Executive Officer of ATM Homes and Apartments, Arc. Dr. Saleem Ahmad, on Saturday reaffirmed his commitment to community development with a donation of one million naira and pledges of sustained sponsorship for students.
The gesture was made during the Kanam Development Association Day (KADA Day 2025) and the graduation ceremony of the fourth set of the KADA Special Academy (KSA), held at the Multipurpose Hall, Dengi, Kanam Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Dr. Ahmad, who served as the chief fundraiser at the event, announced other support for KADA’s mission by providing five training slots for KSA students at his ATM Real Estate Academy in Kano, offering skill acquisition opportunities to 20 female students in partnership with Tubeless Media Concept, and committing to sponsor the best male and female graduating students of the academy annually.
Represented by the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Abdulrasheed Ghambazai, He explained that such interventions align with his long-standing passion for empowering young people through education and entrepreneurship.
The CEO recalled that only recently, he was in Kano to attend the graduation of 100 female students whom he had sponsored in a similar empowerment programme, also in collaboration with Tubeless Media Concept.
Dr. Ahmad further appealed to well-meaning Nigerians to support KADA’s drive to complete the ongoing block of three classrooms for laboratory use, which formed the core of this year’s fundraising efforts.
He stressed that strengthening the educational foundation in Kanam would create lasting opportunities for future generations.
Community leaders, parents, and students commended his gesture, describing it as a beacon of hope that would transform lives and deepen the culture of giving back to society.
Highlights of the ceremony included a thought-provoking presentation titled “The Development of Kanam Local Government Area: Toward a 25-Year Strategic Plan” delivered by Barr. Muntasir Adamu Kanam, as well as the KADA Excellence Awards (KEA) 2025, which recognised six distinguished personalities for their outstanding contributions to the growth and development of the community.
