DG – NPC Dan’agundi Approves  Appointment of Kabiru Usman Naibawa as Technical Adviser

The Director General of the National Productivity Centre (NPC), Hon. Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi, has approved the appointment of Kabiru Usman Na’ibawa as Technical Adviser to the Director General.

The appointment, formally conveyed through an official letter signed by the Director General, reflects the Centre’s confidence in.

Na’ibawa’s expertise and his ability to contribute meaningfully to the NPC’s mission of promoting productivity, efficiency, and excellence across all sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Before his appointment, Kabiru Usman Na’ibawa served as a Data Analyst at the Federal University Gusau, Department of Computer Science and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

He is an accomplished academic and ICT professional with vast experience in computer science, data analysis, and information technology applications that support institutional innovation and performance.

Dr. Na’ibawa holds a strong academic portfolio, including a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from the Kano State College of Education, a Diploma in Information Technology from Hands-On Institute of Information Technology, Kano, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Jodhpur National University, Rajasthan, India. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

The appointment is expected to further enhance the National Productivity Centre’s technical and research capacity, particularly in data-driven policy development, ICT integration, and the implementation of innovative productivity strategies.

The Director General congratulated Kabiru Usman Na’ibawa on his well-deserved appointment and encouraged him to bring his knowledge, professional expertise, and creativity to bear in advancing the Centre’s objectives.
