Falgore Mourns Philanthropist Aminu Dantata, Describes Him as an Extraordinary Personality

The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of a revered philanthropist and statesman, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata, who died at the age of 94 on Saturday in Abu Dhabi.

In a statement released by his spokesperson, Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai, Falgore extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the people of Kano State, and the nation at large. He remarked that, on behalf of the Kano State House of Assembly, they are deeply saddened by the loss of such an irreplaceable and iconic figure.

Falgore described the late Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata as an exceptional personality, a renowned philanthropist, and a business magnate who impacted countless lives. He was widely admired for his humility and celebrated for his immense contributions to trade, commerce, and community development across Nigeria.

“May Almighty Allah grant his soul eternal peace,” Falgore prayed, urging the family to remain steadfast during this difficult time. “Dantata was an extraordinary figure whose legacy of kindness and service will forever be remembered in Kano and across the nation.”
