Gaida Geza Community to Receive New Primary School as CSACEFA, AMG Foundation Commission School Toilets

The Kano State Government has pledged to construct a new primary school in Gaida Geza community, Kumbotso LGA.

This commitment was announced on Monday, January 22, 2024, by the Honourable Commissioner of Education, Alhaji Umar Haruna Doguwa, during the commissioning of four toilets funded by CSACEFA, AMG Foundation, and Gaida Geza Community Development Association.

While commending the efforts of CSACEFA, AMG Foundation, and the Gaida Geza Community, Doguwa expressed disappointment in the condition of a government-owned school in the area.

He directed the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and the School-Based Management Committee (SBMC) to promptly identify and secure a larger plot of land for the construction of a standard primary school, in line with the administration of His Excellency Abba Kabir Yusuf.

Dr. Auwalu Halilu, the Coordinator of CSACEFA, and Jalo Sulaiman, the Director of Operations at AMG Foundation, separately conveyed their gratitude for the swift action taken by the Honourable Commissioner.

They also urged community members to rally behind the government’s initiatives.
