Gov. Abba appoints special advisers, managing directors

Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano state has approved the appointment of some Special Advisers and Managing Directors in the state.

He revealed this in a statement signed by Hisham Habib, spokesperson to the governor on Tuesday.

Among the appointed Special Advisers are Engineer Sulaiman Sani, who will serve as the Special Adviser on Irrigation and Dams, Abdullahi Shuaibu as the Special Adviser for Pension Fund Trustees.

Others include Yusuf Imam Shuaibu as the Special Adviser on Youth and Sports, Sadiya Abdu Bichi as the Special Adviser for Women, Children, and Disabled, Dr. Nura Jafar Shanono as the Special Adviser on Water Resources, and Sanusi Sirajo Kwankwaso as the Special Adviser on Political Affairs.

Additionally, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has approved the appointment of several Managing Directors.

Engineer Faisal Mahmud Kumbotso has been appointed as the Managing Director of KAROTA, Alhaji Abdullahi Rabiu as the Managing Director of the Housing Corporation, Alhaji Ahmadu Haruna Danzago as the Managing Director of REMASAB, and Honorable Hisham Habib as the Managing Director of Radio Kano.

The statement added that the appointments are to start with immediate effect.

These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their respective roles and will play integral parts in driving development and progress in their assigned areas of responsibility.
