Gov Buni Lauds Malumfashi Central Mosque, Says Project Symbol Of Faith,Unity

Governor Mai Mala Buni Governor of Yobe State has commended the construction of the Malumfashi Central Mosque in Katsina State, describing the project as a symbol of unity,faith and resilience.
Buni made the remark as the Special Guest of Honour at the commissioning of the newly-completed Mosque donated by Alhaji Ibrahim Kabiru Masari.
A statement from the Office of the SSA to the President(Political & Other Matters), said the governor encouraged worshippers to continue praying for peace, stability and the progress of Nigeria.
In a separate ceremony, the statement said, Governor Dikko Umar Radda of Katsina State, presided over the Malumfashi Mass Empowerment Programme, sponsored by Alhaji Muntari Abdullah, aimed at uplifting local entrepreneurs and promoting grassroots economic development.
The initiative included the distribution of empowerment support to beneficiaries across the Local Government and reflects the state government’s commitment to job creation, poverty alleviation and sustainable livelihoods.
At both occasions the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and Other Matters commended the Governors for their unwavering dedication to public service and nation-building.
“These dual events represent a powerful combination of spiritual renewal and economic empowerment—two pillars essential for strengthening community resilience and restoring hope in challenging times.
“The Office remains committed to collaborating with leaders at all levels to advance the Renewed Hope Agenda and deliver meaningful impact to communities across Nigeria,” the statement added.
