Gov. Mutfwang Celebrates 2 Years in Office with Thanksgiving Service

Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has celebrated two years in office with a thanksgiving service held at the Polo field in Jos on Thursday.
Governor Mutfwang expressed gratitude to God for His mercy and enablement for allowing him to lead the state.
While thanking the people of Plateau State for their support, prayers, and encouragement during his tenure, he emphasized the importance of unity among the people of Plateau State, calling for an end to divisions and differences.
Governor Mutfwang expressed confidence that God will lead Plateau State to victory and prosperity and envisioned a united Plateau State, shining among the states of Nigeria, with a story told across the world.
Governor Mutfwang however acknowledged recent attacks in Mushere, resulting in loss of lives and
expressed determination to overcome current challenges, adding that he is confident that God will roll away the reproach that has visited Plateau State over the years.
In a brief Exhortation, Rev. N. C Thompson who took his reading from the book of First Kings 3: 4- 5, with the topic; “The product of God’s grace” encouraged the Governor Mutfwang to be firm in all that he was doing for the people of Plateau and also assured him of God’s continued faithfulness.
He called for more prayers for the state governor and his team to succeed despite some hurdles experienced in the state.
Our correspondent reports that highlights of the program was thanksgiving prayer, led by the President of Church of Christ in Nations, Rev. Amos Mohzo, there were good will messages, former Governor Samuel Atukum, the state Chairman of traditional rulers and emirs, Gbong Gwom Jos, Jacob Gyang amongst other.
There were also songs ministration from zumuntan Mata COCIN Rayfield Jos, United choir, Jerry Jinang and other various musical groups to mark the thanksgiving anniversary.
The colourful event also had In attendance security chiefs and personnel.
