Gov. Mutfwang Felicitates Nigeria at 65, Calls for Peace and Unity

Plateau State Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined Nigerians at home and abroad in celebrating the nation’s sixty-fifth independence anniversary.
In a goodwill message, signed by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, Governor Mutfwang described the occasion as both a milestone and a moment for sober reflection. He paid tribute to the country’s founding fathers, noting their courage and spirit of togetherness that secured Nigeria’s independence.
The Governor expressed hope that, despite challenges, Nigeria will rise to greatness, stressing that God is at work in the nation. He called on citizens to renew their commitment to peace, unity, and national transformation.
Governor Mutfwang also reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to promote peace, security, and prosperity on the Plateau. He pledged fair and inclusive governance that will benefit all citizens, regardless of political or religious differences.
On behalf of the government and people of Plateau State, he extended warm felicitations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all Nigerians, while praying for wisdom for leaders and lasting peace across the country.
