Gov. Mutfwang Reaffirms Commitment to Transparent Governance in Plateau

Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has reaffirmed his resolve to transparent governance in developing the state.

He stated this during an Interdorminational thanksgiving service in honor of his one year in office in Jos on Sunday.

The governor reiterated his commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical practices, pledging to lead the state with integrity and public trust.

Reflecting on his tenure, Governor Mutfwang expressed gratitude for the achievements and acknowledged the challenges ahead, emphasizing the importance of collective effort and honesty in driving development. He appreciated God for bringing him thus far and promised to always do His will through the people.

Guest speaker Former ECWA president, Reverend Silas Nyako, taking his reading from Romans 12: 1- 2 advised the governor to be cautious in his appointments and official interactions.

He urged him to choose wise counselors and tread carefully in his decision-making.

Our correspondent reports that the event which was held at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium was organized by the state .

It was a moment of reflection, prayer, and communal unity, celebrating the governor’s first year in office and envisioning a brighter future for Plateau State under his leadership.

The atmosphere was filled with worship and Thanksgiving, despite the turmoil experience in the state.

There were songs ministration by various gospel artists and good will messages from Past and present leaders of the state, various Church leaders, and traditions rulers.
