Group Holds Special Prayer in Remembrance of Late Alhaji Musa Musawa In Kano

The Nigerian Youths For Peace Initiative organized a poignant event marking the one-year remembrance of Late Alhaji Musa Musawa, a prominent figure in the northern Nigeria. The event, held at Murtala Muhammad Library in Kano on Thursday, brought together scores of individuals from diverse backgrounds to honor the memory of the late leader.
Alhaji Musa Musawa, known for his dedication to fostering peace and unity among Nigerian youths, left an indelible mark on those who knew him. His sudden passing last year was met with widespread sorrow and disbelief, prompting an outpouring of tributes from across the nation.
During the special prayer service, attendees and family offered heartfelt supplications for the soul of Late Alhaji Musa Musawa and prayed for his eternal rest.
The convenor of the event, Comrade Mujahid Sabitu Idris, (Kode) revealed that the special prayer is organized to remember the unwavering commitment of the late statesman who dedicated his lifetime in upholding the peace and the unity of the nation.
“We organized this special prayer to our mentor, Alhaji Musa Musawa in recognition of his sacrifice in building the nation, and also to emulate his patriotism and dedication”
Kode also explained that they are planning to visit the orphanage house and donate foodstuffs all in remembrance of the elder statesman.
He also expressed gratitude to all who attended the event, emphasizing the importance of remembering and honoring the contributions of leaders like Alhaji Musa Musawa. He reiterated the organization’s dedication to continuing the late leader’s work in promoting harmony and understanding among Nigeria’s diverse communities.
