Gwarzo Losses 75-Year-Old Deputy Chief Imam, Kano Deputy Governor Pays Condolence Visit

Kano State Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo has expressed deep condolences to the family and people of Gwarzo Local Government Area following the death of their Deputy Chief Imam, Malam Balarabe Na’ibi.
Malam Balarabe passed on at the age of 75 during the late hours of Monday, 26th August 2024 after a brief illness.
The Deputy Governor while expressing his sympathies during a visit to residence of the deceased at Gwarzo LGA today, acknowledged the significant loss that late Balarabe’s demise represents.
He prayed for the strength and resilience of the family members, wishing them solace during this difficult time.
The Late Deputy Chief Imam’s rites have since been conducted in accordance with islamic rites and he is survived by 3 wives and 25 children who will cherish his memory and carry forward his legacies.
Also present at the Condolence was the Interim Caretaker Committee Chairman of Gwarzo LGA, Dr. Mani Tsoho who prayed for repose of Balarabe Na’ibi’s soul and equally lauded Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf and his Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo for their relentless contribution to the development of Gwarzo LGA and Kano State at large.
The Deputy Governor also paid a condolence visit to the families of late Ahmad Danjuma Gwarzo, a renowned educationist who died in the early hours of today.
He was received by a former Commissioner in the state, Ibrahim Danazumi Gwarzo and Sarkin Tsaftar Kano, Jamilu Ahmad Gwarzo and other relatives of the deceased.
