Hardship: Mazoji Commends Governor Radda’s Efforts in Addressing Current Challenges

Former Senatorial Aspirant from Funtua Zone and esteemed PDP elder statesman in Katsina State, Hon. Zaharaddeen Babba Mazoji, expressed concern about the prevalent hunger and suffering, stating that “there is hunger everywhere, and people are starving.”

He emphasized the urgency for preventive measures against the growing discontent in the country, calling on the president to address issues of poverty, high living costs, and insecurity.

Mazoji commended Governor Dikko for initiating an interactive session with emirs and stakeholders in Katsina State, aiming to find lasting solutions to the current hardships faced by the poor.

He applauded the governor’s proactive measures to avert protests, acknowledging efforts in addressing economic hardship and security challenges.

Highlighting the unbearable hardship nationwide, Mazoji stressed the need for urgent action, stating, “It is unfortunate that prices of food items and essential commodities have been increasing daily.”

He praised Governor Radda for his robust approaches in tackling the situation, expressing hope that other leaders would emulate such initiatives.

In addition, Mazoji extended gratitude to the Sultan of Sokoto, Dr. Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, for directing Muslims in Nigeria to engage in serious prayers and organizing Saltul Hajati to seek Allah’s intervention in addressing the ongoing hardships.

He acknowledged and appreciated these efforts as crucial in facing the challenges at hand.
