Hon. Kabiru Zawachiki Pledges Support for Kumbotso Stars Football Club

In a bid to support the youth and promote football development, the Caretaker Chairman of Kumbotso Local Government, Hon. Kabiru Hussaini Zawachiki, has pledged to provide all necessary support to the newly launched Kumbotso Stars Football Club.

During the club’s inauguration, Hon. Zawachiki announced the provision of football kits and materials worth over four million naira to ensure the team’s effective participation in matches.

He commended the team for their impressive performance in the inter-local government tournament in Kaduna, where they won a match with a score of 1-0.

Hon. Zawachiki applauded the players for their dedication and commitment to uplifting the local government’s reputation.

He also promised to organize football matches as part of the one-year anniversary celebration of his excellency’s tenure.
