Jigawa Governor Sacks Adviser on Assembly Matters

The Governor of Jigawa State, Malam Umar A. Namadi, FCA, has relieved Rabi’u Garba Kaugama of his appointment as Special Adviser on National Assembly Matters with immediate effect.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State (SSG), Malam Bala Ibrahim, and made available to newsmen through the Public Relations Officer, Office of the SSG, Ismail Ibrahim Dutse.
The statement read in part: “With this development, all rights and privileges attached to his office as Special Adviser to the Governor on National Assembly Matters have been withdrawn.”
It further directed the former aide to immediately hand over all government properties in his possession to the Office of the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State.
