KACRAN Praises Governor Buni for Supporting Pastoralists, Urges Others to Follow Suit

The Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN) has commended Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State for his commitment to supporting pastoralists and called on other northern governors and the federal government to emulate his leadership.

In a statement issued by its National President, Hon. Khalid Muhammad Bello, KACRAN lauded Governor Buni’s “consistent support towards addressing the issues affecting our members,” particularly during a time when pastoralists in some parts of the country face neglect and marginalization.

The statement specifically cited Governor Buni’s directive to the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) to provide immediate palliative materials to pastoralists in Yobe State.

KACRAN commended the swift and efficient execution of this directive by SEMA Executive Secretary Dr. Mohammed Goje, ensuring the relief materials reached the intended beneficiaries.
