Kano Deputy Governor Graces MD Radio Kano Daughter’s Wedding at Rano Emir’s Palace

Kano State Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, on Sunday attended the wedding ceremony of Fadila Abubakar Adamu Rano, daughter of the Managing Director of Kano State Radio Corporation, at the Rano Emir’s Palace.

The Deputy Governor was warmly received at the palace by the Emir of Rano, Alhaji Muhammad Isa Umaru Autan Bawo, who played host to the high-profile gathering.

The bride, Fadila, was joined in matrimony with her groom, Zahradeen Yusuf Usman, in a ceremony marked by tradition and Islamic rites.

During the proceedings, Deputy Governor Gwarzo served as the waliyyi (guardian) of the bride, giving her in marriage at a dowry of N100,000, while Yusuf Danjuma Usman stood in as the wakil (representative) of the groom.

In his remarks, Comr. Gwarzo prayed for Allah’s blessings upon the newlyweds, asking for a life filled with love, happiness, and prosperity.

He also offered prayers for the Emir of Rano, wishing him a long reign in good health and peace.

The wedding attracted dignitaries, family members, and well-wishers who joined in celebrating the union.
