Kano Deputy Governor Pays Condolence Visit to Aide’s Family

Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, the Deputy Governor of Kano State, on Friday, paid a condolence visit to the family of his Senior Special Assistant on Protocol, Lawan Miko, following the passing of his elder brother, Alh. Hussain Miko.

Late. Hussain passed away yesterday (Thursday) after a long illness at the age of 65.

The Deputy Governor, who was accompanied by top government officials, spent time with the bereaved family, offering words of comfort and condolence.

He described Alh. Hussain’s death as a tremendous and irreparable loss, not only to the family but also to the state and the Muslim ummah at large

Comrade Gwarzo prayed that Allah grant the deceased al-jannatul firdaus (paradise) and give the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Late. Hussain is survived by his wife, five children, and numerous relatives, including Lawan Miko, who serves as the Deputy Governor’s SSA on Protocol.
