Kano Pillars Management sympathizes with fans over club’s defeat in Lagos

The Management of Kano Pillars Football Club has sympathized with supporters of the club for the team’s defeat by Sporting Lagos FC on Monday.
The Chairman of the Club, Alhaji Babangida Umar,gave the sympathy in a statement issued by the club’s Assistant Media Officer, Mubarak Madungurum.
Umar said he found it necessary to sympathize with fans of the club in view of the support and corporation they had been rendering to the Kano Darling team during their home and away matches.
He recalled that Pillars lost to Sporting Lagos FC on Monday by three goals to Nil at Onikan Stadium, Lagos.
He urged the technical crew and players of the team to “imbibe the habit of team spirit in the club.”
The chairman commended the State Government for the support and cooperation it had been rendering to the club.
He hoped that the gesture would be sustained and assured that he would not disappoint both the Government and people of the state.
He then urged all football lovers in the state to come out en masse on Sunday to cheer the “Sai Masu Gida” to victory against Enyimba FC of Aba.
