The Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO), in partnership with FUCIL Datatech Limited, has officially launched its Self-Service Electricity Payment Kiosk as part of efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
The event, which took place on Friday at the KEDCO Headquarters in Kano, brought together key stakeholders in the power sector committed to modernizing service delivery across the company’s franchise area.
Speaking during the launch, Dr. Abubakar Shuaibu Jimeta, Managing Director of KEDCO, said the initiative is part of the company’s mission to integrate digitalization into its operations and improve service delivery.

He emphasized that customer convenience remains the driving force behind every strategy and partnership undertaken by KEDCO. According to him, “convenience sells,” noting that customers deserve simple, seamless access to services without stress or delay.
