NANS President Appoints Imam As Personal Assistant
The President National Association of Nigerian Students(NANS), Comrade Usman Umar Barabu has approved the appointment of immediate past President Of Students Union Government Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Comrade Imam Muhammad Inuwa as Personal Assistant to the president.
In a Press statement issued on Thursday, the President also appointed, aides, Directors, deputy chief of staffs and liason officers.
The statement stated that the appointment followed after the approval of the Senate on Thursday, 22nd of June 2023.
“Following the request sent to floor to the senate, the senate has rectified and approved the President’s appointments into committees and and directors”
Okenye Gift was appointed as deputy chief of staff while Adediruna Adeshina appointed as National Protest Commender and Abah Owaicho as Director action and mobilization.
Others are; Imam Muhammad Inuwa as Personal Assistant to President, Ziya’u Sarki SSA Coordinators Forum and Muhammad mukhtar Umar as SSA Senate Matters.
Recalled, Muhammad Imam served as President Students Union Government, Yusuf Maitama Sule Kano from 2020 to 2022 and Kano State Presidential Forum Chairman from 2021 to 2022.
