Newly Appointed MD Kano Housing Corporation Assumes Duty, Pledges total Commitment

Speaking amidst mammoth crowd of professional and political associates, friends,relatives,and well wishers,the new Managing director of Enlightenment, Kano State Housing Corporation ,Alhaji Abdullahi Rabi’u, thanked the almighty Allah for choosing him and appointed by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf,to serve as the Chief Executive of the Corporation.
This is contained in a statement on Friday by Muhammad Dahir Idris, Director Public Relations and Enlightenment,Kano State Housing Corporation.
According to the statement Rabi’u Vowed to show total commitment towards justifying the confidence reposed in him by the Governor, pointing out that this administration is ready to uplift the Standard of living of the citizenry in all spheres of life.
He remarked that as someone who worked with the Corporation some years ago would put his wealth of experiences to achieve the set mandates , and solicited the support of the entire staff,warning that,he would not condone lateness and absentism in the organisation.
He assured,the staffers his total commitment to their wellfare, and thanks the management and rest of the staff for a worm reception accorded him.
In his welcome address the Director Administration and General Services Mal, Ahmad Abdullahi, commended the State Governor for appointing a professional,who knows the full mandate of the Corporation,and assured him the support of all and sundry.
In remark, an Uncle to the managing Director and a veterant Journalist,Mal Aminu Mahmud described the appointment of Abdu Rabi’u as well deserved considering his professional thought in the field of Works and Housings,adding that even his late grandfather was a known to be Wakilin Ayyuka under Kano Emirate Council.
Others who extolled the Good Qualities of the new managing Director include,Engineer Ibrahim A.Habib,Arc Kabir Diso, QS Mukhtar Danbatta , Hassan Muhd Aminu,and Lawan Abdu, where they expressed optimism that the new MD would bring new innovations and strategies that will ensure an accelerated development in term of provision Housings in the State.
