Next Jigawa presents tracker to SSG

The Secretary to the Jigawa State Government (SSG), Alhaji Bala Ibrahim Mamsa described the Next Jigawa Forum as a collaboration of intellectuals that formed a decent pressure group in the state.

Alhaji Bala Ibrahim made the description shortly after the delegation of the forum presented the tracker develop by the group to track government policies and programs held at his office on Thursday.

The SSG who promised to give all his support to the forum said, since his assumption into SSG office, he has never received a group of intellectuals from various profession with gender base balance like that group of Next Jigawa.

While reacting to the developed tracker, he was highly impressed with tracker adding that it is well articulated framework that would ease Jigawa government’s activities.

According to him, the developed and articulated framework is going the same line with twelve point agenda of the present administration of Governor Malam Umar Namadi particularly on issues of priorities like women and children welfare.

He then assured more support to the forum adding that”we will assign every ministry to develop framework for you to ease your work of supporting government to achieve the desired objectives”, .

While presenting the tracker, the chairman of Next Jigawa Forum professor Usman Haruna said, the documents is a needs and aspirations of entire Jigawa people collected from citizens across 27 local government in the state.

He added that, demand charters is harmonized with twelve points agenda of present administration in the state.

According to him, the tracker was copied from developed countries and domesticated to help Jigawa government to Excel in it programs and activities.
