Palliative: Yobe SEMA arrives Potiskum targeting 6800 vulnerable

Dr. Mohammed Goge, The Executive   Secretary of, the Yobe State Emergency Agency disclosed while in Potiskum.

According to him, “We are directed by His Excellency, the Executive Governor, Mai Mala Buni to commence the distribution of palliative to the vulnerable Household.”

He said, “Among them, we have the people with disabilities, Primary School Teachers, Secondary School Teachers as well as the Civil Servants.”

Goje said, “The palliative ought to continue because we are collaborating with the Federal Government”.

“The intent is to build on the efforts being put in place by both the State Government and Federal Government to frustrate food insecurity ravaging our people.”

“Each Household is receiving 20 kilogram of food basket and we admonished that no single item should be seen in the market.” Goje Concluded
