Prime Time News Appoints Advisory Board to Strengthen Editorial Integrity

In a strategic move to enhance editorial standards and expand its influence, Prime Time News has appointed a distinguished advisory board.

The appointments were confirmed in an official letter signed by Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Time Newspapers Limited.

According to the letter, the selection was based on merit, with the goal of transforming the newspaper through valuable advice and expert guidance.

The advisory board comprises professionals with diverse expertise in journalism, media, and digital information dissemination.

“This initiative marks a significant step in our commitment to upholding journalistic integrity and innovation,” Shuaibu stated. “With the collective experience of our advisory members, Prime Time News is poised to set new benchmarks in digital journalism.”

The advisory Members includes: Bala Ibrahim – Formerly with BBC Hausa, Y.Z. Yau – Director, Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD), Ibrahim Dahiru – Formerly of New Nigeria and Max Air, Musa Abdullahi Sufi – Founder, SIDES and Abdullahi Yusuf – Former Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) and current Editor of Prime Time News.

The advisory board is expected to play a crucial role in shaping editorial policies, fostering credibility, and strengthening Prime Time News’s engagement with readers and stakeholders.

Their collective experience will help the publication navigate the evolving media landscape while maintaining its reputation as a trusted news source.
