Quaan Pan TIC Chairman Says he bears no grudges against those who attacked him

Transition Implementation Committee Chairman of Qua’an Pan Local Government, Christopher Manship says he holds no grudges against those who attacked him during last week People’s Democratic Party Chairmanship Primaries.
Manship who was also PDP Chairmanship candidate in the October 9th Plateau State Council polls, reiterated his commitment to a positive and violent free campaign.
He was quoted as saying “I am focused on my vision for a better Qua’an Pan , and I will not be distracted by negative attacks. I believe in the power of forgiveness and the importance of moving forward.”
He extended an olive branch to his critics, inviting them to join him in building a brighter future for the Local Government. “My campaign is centered on issues, not personalities. I am committed to addressing the pressing needs of our community , from infrastructure development to social welfare programs.
“I invite all stakeholders to join me in this effort, regardless of their past actions or statements.”
Manship also sympathized with the PDP Electoral Committee and PLASIEC officials who were injured during the incident, acknowledging that the primary election was a “family affair” where some may have felt unhappy about the outcome.
He appealed for forgiveness from those who felt negatively by affected by his victory.
The PDP candidate further expressed gratitude to the Qua’an Pan delegates for endorsing his candidature, stressing that his victory in the primaries is for the benefit of all.
“In every contest, there must be a winner and a loser, but I emphasized that my victory is for the collective good of all. There is no victor no vanquished.” He added.
Manship appreciated all those who identified with him during and after the unwarranted attack on him and some of his supporters as well as praised the concerns of the Plateau State Government and the security agencies for making sure the attack did not degenerate into crisis.
